The Moors Big Spring Clean – Saturdays 14th, 21st, and 28th of March.
We’ve now arranged three additional (weekend) #GreatBritishSpringClean dates in addition to the two (17th & 26th) we’ve already announced
On the next three Saturday Mornings, weather permitting, we’ll be meeting at 10:00 at the start of the Public Footpath at the top of Timber Hill, off Hythe Hill.
From there we’ll be tackling a vast amount of grot that has accumulated along ‘The Moor’s (see photo(s) – one of #Colchester’s great public open spaces.
We hope that by choosing Saturdays, we might be joined by some whose midweek work commitments mean that they can’t take part in midweek daytime litter picks.
Please bear in mind that some of the ground along The Moors will be muddy, steep and overgrown in places.
